This class intends to enhance the employability of trainees by providing them with information about practices which lead to physical and mental health.

Topics will include health education and decision making, emotional and social well being, depression, grief and suicide, relationships and sexuality, reproduction and birth control, sexually transmitted diseases, consumer health, nutrition and fitness, and alcohol and other drugs of abuse.

On completion of this course, trainees should know how to access community health services and know how to maintain personal health and wellness.
