A Phase system allowing trainees to earn additional
privileges such as leisure time jobs or college

Residential

Each room houses four trainees. Each student has a bed with under bed storage for personal belongings as well as a personal upright locker. Each room has two reading tables. Trainees maintain cleanliness and order in their rooms and common areas such as hall and bathrooms, and rooms are inspected each day. Restroom and shower facilities are located in the room for female trainees and on the dormitory wing for the male trainees. Each dormitory wing has laundry facilities. A resident advisory supervises each dormitory wing and counselors and other staff are also available.

Non-residential

Same benefits as residential except trainees commutes to Job Corps instead of living in a Job Corps dorm.
All trainees receive an Eco Passtour on Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority buses and light rail transit.

Child Development Day Care Center

Children receive age appropriate development care while parents participate in training. The licensed center provides support to parent through counseling, parenting and other services.
