Elizabeth Bremner, President, has over two decades of philanthropic experience. Before coming to launch The Foundation Incubator in 2001, Bremner served as President and CEO of The Santa Fe Community Foundation for almost eight years. Under Bremner's leadership, the foundation significantly increased its grantmaking and launched three new strategic initiatives: The Technical Assistance Connector Project, Children's Summer Program and the Lesbian and Gay Community Funding Partnership. Bremner also served as the founding Executive Director of the Los Angeles Women's Foundation, which recently merged with its Northern California counterpart to form The Women's Foundation of California.

Bremner recently served on the board of Women & Philanthropy, the National Center for Family Philanthropy California Advisory Committee, the Women Give! committee, and she was previously president of the Northern New Mexico Grantmakers Board, and was among the charter class of Leadership New Mexico. She was also a member of the Editorial Board of Advisors of The Foundation News and Commentary and, in 1996, received the Changing the Face of Philanthropy Award from the Women's Funding Network. She has participated as a judge for Stanford University's BASES Social E-Challenge business plan competition for social enterprises. Bremner has also received commendations from the State of California, the County and City of Los Angeles and the City of Santa Fe.

Eleanor Clement Glass, Vice President, before joining TFI's staff, was a member of the Organizational Effectiveness and Philanthopy program at the Packard Foundation. At the Foundation, she created the grantmaking portfolio that (1) supports increased understanding of California donors; (2) encourages development of new donor education resources, tools and curriculum; (3) strengthens donor-serving organizations such as community foundations; and (4) provides professional development for grantmakers. Previously, she served as the Director of Programs of The San Francisco Foundation and Senior Program Officer in Education from 1993-2001. In her earlier career, she worked as a nonprofit administrator of early childhood programs and early primary programs for low-income children and their families. She has also served as a college instructor at San Francisco State University's School of Education, a Visiting Educator for the State Department of Education, and as a consultant for early childhood, youth development, and family support programs.

Annedore Kushner, Operations Manager, joined the Foundation Incubator after 14 years with the Packard Foundation. At the Foundation, she was the Program Manager in the Science department, administering the Fellowships for Science and Engineering, as well as the Graduate Scholars Program. She then served as Site Operations Manager.

Nicole Adams, Executive Administrator, has over 6 years of project management and executive administration experience. She has held roles such as technical support, operations, logistics and education services management.
