| The templates are created in HTML and the editable areas are coded with special tags. Then the HTML and graphics files are imported into Interact Campaign Express (ICE). A Team Member can easily create and send an email in a few steps. The first step is to choose a template, then enter the content, choose a distribution list and after sending a test email, finally send the email to the subscribers for that store or region. |
